I think any agent can show you a house on the MLS, and if they show you one you like then write up the contract for you. And any agent can put your home into the MLS and hope that it sells. So what do I offer a buyer or a seller that sets me apart?
I think first it is my compassion for the business I'm in. I feel lucky to sell real estate in Tahoe, I've been lucky to have great success, great clients, and to be dealing with such a great product-Tahoe. I return the favor by trying to put all my resources into every aspect of my business-be it for the buyer or seller client. I try to think out of the box to find the right house for the buyer-maybe one thats not on the market and think of ways of marketing my listings that put them out in front of people-my web exposure is a good example.
Coldwell Banker is full service brokerage and a well connected and major real estate company in the United States-our resources outstrip the small franchises, we are not a franchise but part of the parent company. I like to think I take advantage of what our company has to offer for my clients.
